The Art Rack will have "one-of-a-kind" prints that will change on a regular basis.
These are "one-of-a-kind" because many are double matted, some are not
standard sizing
(in pink), and some are just very different mat colors. All
are archival matting. Mat size is listed in inches. Shipping is included with pricing
within the contenental USA.

Tips on Storing Watercolor Paper

The best acid-free watercolor paper is made from long cotton fibers, or
cotton rag. To  make it more water resistant, sizing is added to the paper.
Sizing can be a gelatin, starch, glue or rosin; ingredients like candy to
certain insects, mold and fungi. Temperature, humidity, light, and
pollution can also take a toll on this expensive paper. So, what to do?

Store the paper flat, dry (45-50% humidity), cool (temp 60-65F), and
out of direct sunlight. Storing watercolor paper in the original brown
paper or plastic shipping wrapper is fine if you plan to use it up in a few
months and provided you store it as mentioned above as
best as possible.

Plastic or painted metal flat files for archival storage are an option but are
VERY expensive. Just using plywood drawers with 3 coats of urethane will
work too or store paper in your art portfolio. Depending on size, you can
also store paper in clear mylar envelopes or acid-free folders or use
glassine sheets to layer between paper. Check out Blick Studio or Cheap
Joe's for many of these supplies and their great watercolor paper too!

Remember, don't store paper in attics, basements, near furnace vents or
fireplaces or warm lights and always out of direct sunlight!

Happy painting!
